Additional Information: I bought combos from this guy some months ago, back then he sold me a hq base for 300-400eur so I trusted him. Now i was searching for a base again so I asked him samples from new bases he got so I could test them, and if they gave me the quality that i was searching for I would buy that base. He send me like 10 samples or something and 1 of them was good. I asked him to buy that base which he told me he had 4M lines of. I paid him 300euros for the 4M but it was just a trash base he send me. totally not the sample he send me not even coming close. I have tools to check hitrate and also quality of lines and the 4M he gave me just gives hitrate and quality of a free base i can find here on the forum easy, nothing worth for me. I told him this and he only keep saying it is HQ and it is same as sample he gave me. I couldn't screen everything as he delete all chat and blocked me (which only that already proofs he scams) but im lucky i have 2 screens. He just got mad and told me he earns lot of moneys, He is above me and only sells quality and more blabla... after that he delete all chat and block me. Dont have to say anything more I think as its already clear what this guy is doing.

hello, I sold this guy some dumps from italy for 300$ 4M mail:password private dump ITALY for 300$ when it's nothing, i sell those same dumps for other guys 1.5k$ per 2-3M always, i got him the 300$ because he was crying that he needed databases and then he tells me that it is not the same data when he only had that data from Italy, it was the same data but he only wants more free millions, he always does the same, he tells me that so i give him some lines as i did before.

I don't have SS of the conversations since I deleted the chat because this guy was stressing me out and I deleted them for me and him.

he told me he got 60 hits on 3k and wants to refund???? I don't understand why they make these disputes when you are basically making a post to ban someone when he really wants to rip me off.

from a bad and public base, you couldn't get 1 hit from the shit that reviews why it's too hard and I did it for 300$ and now you do this?? you should be thankful I sold you that for 300$ you scumbag scammer.

U can see urself here this guy is not 100, only trash talking and saying weird shit, the dispute doesnt even go about the italian base. That is the one i bought months ago and was good, why i would be crying i just wanted to buy a db. You yourself told me that is the price for it? ?
But okay well, all this doesn't even have anything to do with it. The point is that he gave me samples that I could test of which only 1 was good for my target. I wanted to buy that specific sample from him after which he just gave me a totally different database that doesn't match the sample at all and is just not worth anything. He now comes to say that I am the scammer this guy is really not serious. Also why would you delete whole chat because “ you are frustrated”

Its not the same retard, im searching for bases specially who give 10+ % hitrate and 15-20% cartrate because my proxies cost too much and otherwise not profitable for me selling accs. Ur sample gave this rate and the base u send only around 2%. I can get better rates of free bases here on forum then base u send me. Wont discuss any further with this guy as he only believe his own lies. I can prove everything with screens/vid of results of checker. @Liars
