Reply: It might happened, may be the sender open dispute on payment, then close it. then the answer is simple make the video of the account on those payments . red sign would be on those 2 payments and show here. I might be wrong here but you are not following rules, we have decided during conversation on telegram during the deal. when any issue happened you will make a video and provide proof.
