Scam report against @viekoth12

Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 200$
Screenshots of Communication: I can provide all the screenshots in staff DM's.
Additional Information: He was supposed to SE Disposable vapes from dhgates. I paid him 200$ for "Expenses", then after some time he was delaying it saying its chinees holidays and stuff like that, then he told me that the SE failed and he can't be bothered to SE vapes anymore and he will refund me. Then he kept delaying the refund saying hes super busy and stuff like that, now recently i tried to check up on him and i noticed all the chats were deleted and his telegram name has been changed (His old handle was @chemaau with display name "Marcus", now he changed it to @Reichermann with display name "Miwel"). Obvious exit scam. I have screenshots of him accepting payment and saying he will refund me after the SE failed. I also managed to recover my old telegram account where i texted him before the Vapes SE deal and i have an forum user who can confirm it was actually him. 
Crypto address for a refund: I doubt he will refund me as he probably lost all his scam profits gambling as all the monkeys do. I just wan't this guy banned as hes probably scammed more users.
