Add a "Jump to Ping" Message in SB

Title says it all.
If you get pinged but weren't on your PC for example, you would need to check the entire chat if you
have gotten pinged by anybody.
So just add a little button or Notification in Shoutbox that sends you to that Message. [ like a little bell here or something: ]
