Man my cardio is close to non existent. Back when i was a kid i was running 3km training sessions on my football but I have fucked up pretty badly and my cardio is gone. How to improve it?

honestly just go run an hour a day or half an hour if you can't manage to keep on for a whole hour, go climb stairs and shit, the more you exercise , the more your cardio will improve
