I am, but i never SE'd dell, as I'm in EU and it's easier to SE dell in USA, I'll SE it there(or pay someone to do that) to some drop addy, ship it to my home and ftid them. It sounds safe, what do u think?

why dont you just buy a monitor from amazon or so and then refund it xd, lot easier

I understand you want a monitor, but don't make things difficult for yourself, make things as easy as possible.

Use a reship, or use another method if you have to use them.
