It been one month that i talked to Liars, here is the message I sent to him, and no answers at all.
This guy is a scammer, he tried to scam us this amount.
Even if I want it, we can not pay such amount, that is literally impossible for me at all.

Just checked with my team and the footage provided looks weird, please ask the user for another recording with a a-higher image quality.
Apart from that he has been "scammed" by an impersonator account. But my guess is that he sent money to himself in order to DD us and gain this money.
The message sent into my channel mentions which accounts to DM for orders (orders only go through the bot), we misspelled the @ in the channel. We are human and we all make mistakes. The @ I wrote was @dbcoopergencysupport when the correct account of my customer support is @dbcooperagencysupport. So I missed a "A". Shame on me !! But It is simply a typo and someone used it to try to get some money out of me, we are 100% certain that the account did not exist before.
But the correct @ is written in my channel description. It can also be found on my telegram profile (@flyingcooper). It can also be found in my bot @dbcooperagencybot. My official name is also written on all forums I am listed in. Basically for someone to check if they are not talking to an impersonator we make it reallly simple.
So the guy saw our message and has completed a 3.6k transaction in less than a few minutes which is very imprudent. Also we always suggest to double check who they are talkin to on c.to by PM'ing me. Which he didn’t for the obvious reason that he is a scammer that has found a weakness and is now trying to milk me bc of it. I do not believe one second that anyone would send almost 4k to me without double checking everything or using a mm.
I need to ad that 90% of our orders are below 1k fees. An order for almost 4k is rare for us. And this coming in less than 3 days after me making a typo is really weird. This is a lot a lot of weird coincidences happening right now.
If we did want to scam don't you think we would have made it better ? Our customer support has is own custom pic and this guy paid on a fake ass copy of my profile. This is really poor work. No one who truly wants to order for about 3.6k would have done it without checking everything twice.
And I want to add that if we wanted to scam we could have done it 10x by taking 100's orders at 30% rate for Christmas holidays and then disapear. Or any other exit scam strategy that could bring us 100x this shitty scam. This scam would be the most shitty scam comin from us. we make more than this every month. You know that from taking almost all our mm deals. Why would we take the risk of losing it for 3.6k ??? Why would we risk ruining our reputation for such a low gain.
The ToS sent to this customer are not our full tos, it's simply a part copy paste. It is also really easy checkable on our bot that is mentioned everywhere.
Our official crypto addy are always written and pinned in our channel @hotelsbookingcheap. You can check it and check the date we have posted our official crypto addy.
We will always accept to do the order via MM as you know as we used you as MM often in the past, we are still getting daily orders and still have a good reputation in the niche.
Imo we should not refund the customer under the current circumstances due to not us scamming him, all the “official” accounts can always be found in the channel description, bot, profiles as mentioned before.
We also suspect that the person that opened the DD is a multi of a scammer, please check the wallet address found in the video, it received 60k+ and instantly forwarded the funds to an Binance, also ask him for his BTC address on which he would like to receive the refund as he might just send the wallet found in the video.
Also maybe he already used this addy for others DD. Please double check addy he used to send and addy he used to receive.
i know that there was a small mistake from my side, i'm human too, and i don't want that the scammer get 4k$ out of it this way, this isn't fair.
I hope this will give you more understanding of the details of this situation.
