I talked with user for a while but he don't agree for the replacement so i will just put the stutation from my side so a admin can look for it and decide :
1. The user confirmed he logged in the account and didnt report any issues for it
2. After 18 days he claims the account is dead and had issues and asks for refund
3. Since 18 days is a long time frame and i cant investigate properly i am offering him a replamecent
4. User claming he will have same issues again which is what i believe not gonna happen again cause we had some major updates on our application & login process
5. I even agreed to issue a refund if he has same "issues" again but he only asks for a refund.
at this point i am leaving to cracked.to admins to decide for me to refund or replace.
