If you want just to lose weight I suggest you to start counting calorie intake, use this https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html to see how much calories you need to maintain your weight, then subtract around 150-250 calories and stick to that.
You can go to the gym not just to "lift dumbells", there is a variety of niches you can try (weightlifting, powerlifting, bodybuilding, weighted calisthenics), there are plenty of youtube videos about this, I suggest you watch "Jeff Nippard", he got a bunch of science-based videos that will help you on your way.

Get into a calorie deficit, consume lower calories than u usually do. 
Plus add more protein and get rid of carbs or at least eat the minimum of carbs.
It doesn't happen overnight but you'll results by the time.

So thanks for calling me young and stuff, but being young comes with benificial things and with disadvantages, example of an disadvantage is that people like me don’t always feel comfortable and we can easily get bullied at such a young age, I can handle it since I’ve been bullied in the past for a long time.

Also how do you suggest me to calculate my weight?
Like should I calculate what I eat in 1 day and use that?
Or keep track of it for 7 days and get use the average count of that calculation?
Also I drink alot of water, but also love to drink other stuff, not like cola and stuff but like actual drinks, what do you suggest I could drink and is healthy?
Also I really have a hard time cooking, do you know anyone that have tutorials orsmth whoch makes food which will last me a longer time full?

What should I do to know how many calories I consume! How long should I do this?

Reach your daily dosis of protein
Calorie deficit
Add cardio, doesnt have to be high intensive. You could start with once or twice a week 15 minutes and add another day in a couple weeks or go from 15 minutes to 20 minutes.
Try to eat less carbs or cheat meals, doesnt mean you have to stay away from it forever but just find a balance.
Get your sleep of 8 hours minimum and try to decrease your stress level

Yes, you can calculate for example a 100g chicken breast is 165cals. If you don't have a scale then just assume the weight.
You can track your intakes by using the app "myfitnesspal", very useful!
You should do this as long as you are satisfied with your results + taking a few breaks between this journey.

Is it true that I can still grow if I get a good amount of sleep? Also the stress is from school, 1/2 weeks left tho ?
