Checking PC for possible RATS or Miners

im kinda feeling as if i got a miner on my PC or a rat. is there any way to be completely sure that I don't have any?

Run as many scans as possible, also use something like process lasso to monitor your CPU spikes. If they have a miner on there chances are it's a crypted miner that detects when you open up taskmanager so it will stop using CPU at that time so you can't detect it.
