You never mentioned that it works only with proxyscrape premium when you sold it to me. Now again im gonna waste 30$ on proxyscrape premium and its not gonna work. Solution: You claimed it doesn't work, so I made a new one using a different API. If you want, we can do mm with @Liars (you cover fees, if any) so this dispute can be solved. The only thing I will say is this config works with free proxies that I checked using a proxy tool, I have yet to test it with paid proxies since I have none, but with these free proxies, it's running at a steady 150 cpm. I have not gotten any hits since my combos aren't good on paramount+ but the following images are proof that it runs with free proxies. 

If you agree to this I would like to leave in good terms and will like you to remove negative rep you gave me.
