I never mentioned anything about refunding 50% to close the dispute, so I’m not sure where this argument is coming from. The main issue here is that I specifically requested all necessary verifications to be completed, including making the deposit with a card. What you provided is completely useless since I can't access the product without the phone numbers needed to log in. It's like serving a hamburger without any filling—you're essentially saying, 'Pay for it and go away.' That’s the best analogy I can give you. I never attempted to change the phone number myself. You can confirm this with Skrill Support if you need to verify. I don’t know what went wrong on your end, but I’m not willing to wait almost an entire week for a simple product because you either can’t do your job properly or fix the mistake.
