At least 3 days per week, but truly the secret is a good balanced diet and one specifically made for your purposes (lose weight, gain mass, poop more etc...), it's overstated but it's so true...no need to starve or go on juice influencery shit, for a workout it's better to find a competent instructor at the gym imho, if you're new it's better to have some professionals around in my opinion  but the most important thing  to me is that you really have to want to do it for yourself unless it's just a waste of money and time kek

Due to all gyms being closed down to Corona, after 3 years of not missing a gym training, have just been working out at home for the last month or so.
It's kinda sad seeing the gains slowly fade away as time passes, due to not putting any progressive overload on them.
