Draft Template Not Working

When I try to load my draft template it only loads the title, not the body, I already tried updating my draft template and changing it but it doesn't seem to work, it worked fine until today and I didn't change my template or anything

I just saw in the changelog that @J_S made an update to draft templates yesterday. 

Tinkering with it some, I was able to get the templates to load if the editor was in source mode.  If the editor is not in source mode, the body of the template does not get inserted.
