Fully deprecating reCAPTCHA with hCaptcha and minor site inconsistency

It does not make too much sense to keep using reCAPTCHA on the login page as hCaptcha is used for the initial verification to view the forum. Replacing it with hCaptcha will lower the amount of places the data gets sent to (user is only using one service instead of two) and will limit Google's access to just the leecher page with the translate feature. The initial verification page is showing the old "cracked.to" in the page title and the checking this browser text, it should be updated with the new ".io" extension if possible.
