Additional Information: Bought a Wise acc for $200, got it transferred to me, didnt think much of it, checked it and saw that the acc is "banned" you dont see it until you try to Retreive ibans etc. Clicked it, says "account.inactive", asked him for help as this doesnt happen and especially not without a mail about it , and he said he'd called em for fix blabla lies. The account is not working, he has put me off for 10 days now with bullshit and came with an excuse today saying its my fault.

I usually sell all of my accounts with only login warranty, check everything before passing them on to buyer. This account was working perfectly before giving it to 2nd hand. Buyer checked the account before it was transferred to his email and phone numbers and 2 days later came back to me saying that it's suspended/restricted/banned.
This absolutely proves that seller have done something wrong with the account which lead to all this.

However I tried my best to try and help the buyer (Even though as mentioned I sell accounts with no warranty and i'm not responsible for what they do with them) anyway decided to be helpful and polite, even reached out the Wise support trying to figure out what's wrong and I've been told that account is restricted due to unauthorized activity and there's investigation ongoing, so they'll send email with further instructions/information on how to fix the issue.
My sincerely apologies for the delay of "Wise support and platform" Haha. Buyer mentioned I've been lying that such call was made, so here's the screenshot confirming time and date of the record.

The only thing I do apologize for is that i haven't done the responses so fast, cause i had injure couple of days and had to spend my time visiting hospitals, got mm deal ongoing with Liars and here it can be confirmed.
It's seen very often buyers getting accounts with the idea of doing something (bank wiping, loading , using cc's etc).. and once they fail coming back to seller and blaming him for their own failure.
I don't think it's fair for buyer to ask for refund , since account was provided, everything was checked and confirmed. 2 days later changes his mind and trying to blame me for what he has done.
I have sold plenty of accounts so far and nobody dares to open a dd against me, because they know what they've been wrong with. I always stand clear and tell my buyers that once account is in their hands i'm not responsible for anything they've done with it. I've always been open and here for people to help, but with such attitude , after once closing this case I reserve my rights not to help this buyer anymore regarding the following account and so he has to figure it all by himself.

First of all, i attached the image showing i had done NOTHING to the account. I can even provide you  with the account for further inspection. I have not used the account in ANY WAY other than when you transferred it over to my email and number. Nothing else!

You putting me off for 10 days you come up with bs, and it does not seem like im the only one who has had troubles with accounts you've sold, as there has been DD's against you for the same shit.
I have no need to scam people, nor do i need $200. If you give a fked acc and waste time and act like i've done shit then its on you and you should fix it.

For me it’s 2 days and the picture is original, as you can see the time zone is different.
Anyway 1 or 2 days (For you) after checking the whole acc and confirming that it works perfectly, then coming back to complain day later isnt a thing.

You have time to reply here but no time to hide the fricking names and addresses off the screenshots provided as I asked you dozens of times and you told me you will which for I’m gonna request the support to ban you for sharing personal and private information abroad the internet and so said (Evolving people into some fraud shit by sharing their personal data in darknet forums regarding deal which itself is fraudulent). @Liars

This is getting ridiculous.
I have been specific that there is no warranty with the account, the account was completely fine once passed, why do I have to be responsible of what OP have done of the account and getting it somehow restricted? I would simply request you to review the case once again before making this decision. Why would I sell restricted account when it’s obvious that he will check it before buying and see it’s features. I don’t see your explanation on this decision.

I can replace with fresh Wise, money cannot be refunded.

I will do so, once you review your decision because it’s based on complete nonsense.
