Hey I'm trying to figure out how to upgrade my girlfriends laptop to windows 11 because some reason she can't even use bluetooth anymore.
Laptop: HP 15 - f272wm Any assistance would be wonderful. Thanks In Advance!

check bluetooth drivers as stated earlier, and maybe try different connection methods
