Help Upgrading My Laptop

Hey I'm trying to figure out how to upgrade my girlfriends laptop to windows 11 because some reason she can't even use bluetooth anymore.

Laptop: HP 15 - f272wm

Any assistance would be wonderful.

The laptop probably does not meet the requirements to install windows 11

Would my best bet if I can't afford a new laptop yet would be to use a RDP or VPS?

I could do what I need to do on there faster, correct?

Update Bluetooth Driver

Yeah I tried too, didn't work. Idk..
Maybe just might use an rdp

ye, use rdp if you can't afford or fix the laptop

Clean format and see if Bluetooth works
otherwise it's hardware damage

check bluetooth drivers as stated earlier, and maybe try different connection methods
