How do I create an account with different region on Steam using VPN?

Hi all,
sorry if this isn't the correct section or website, but i don't I have nowhere else to ask.

I'm having troubles creating an account in Turkey, since whenever I try to create an account Steam detects the usage of VPN (in my case NordVPN, but i've also tried with vyprvpn).

I also tried creating an account in my own region and then change marketplace region inside the account, but I get an error like I can't do that right now and I have to contact Steam support.

So, how should I bypass Steam detecting VPN? Thank you.

No, I haven't. Just used vpn.
Can you reccomend me any good?

simple set obfuscate server on nordvpn and connect to Turkey. To pay use only steam wallet because any credit card is detected and you cant pay with that.
in case that steam block you to change region, create a new account buy with that and share it with your main. i'm doing this method and work so well

When i set obfuscated server I cannot choose Turkey. Looks like Nordvpn doesn't have obfuscated servers there. What should i do?

change your ip to the country you want to change your steam too
now fully quit steam (like kill the proccess so it isn't running anymore)
now restart steam, login, etc. go to settings and change your store country (you can type anything in the billing fields)

i use nord vpn too, maybe u dont find that. you have to open Settings -->  Advanced --> turn on "Obfuscated Server (OpenVPN)". Now when you return to connection page you can connect to Turkey server.

no need for obfuscated server, normal server will do just fine
