Is it safe to download from banned accounts such as this person has been banned for (account sharing) or should i not risk it. If i do download it and run it in a virtual box will i be safe or not

You should be running everything you download from this site (and most other sites) in a virtual machine or via a remote connection to another PC (virtual or physical).

If you run it in a VirtualBox VM then yes, you should be safe as long as you leave the default settings for file sharing between the host and client—basically just don't mess with settings you aren't familiar with.
