Need help with security

Hello, I'm new to this forum and don't know much of anything, before going any further and purchasing anything from the website I'd like to setup a fully secure network for myself, advice/help would be much appreciated, please tell me what my first steps should be or how to secure my connection for "legal" transactions through the internet.

Cold wallet = dont need account, phone number, kyc, etc....= no one can know anything about your transactions
