Additional Information: So i bought 20% of datacenter.lol and it was going great till the server got terminated last week i open a ticket in new server where he responded just 2 times the he got his account banned then i dmed on his new acc and he says to me that there is no more datacenter.lol and i will not have anything of the new server, where he is using the same customer base , same website with diffrent tag (datacenter.gay , when u write datacenter.lol it redirect you there), same bot and even the same sellix

Hello, once the server got banned I have decided to make a new project instead, 

I have decided to name it datacenter.gay as the last project

datacenter.lol isn't a thing anymore, the only reason I'm still using it is to redirect the old customers on the new website as they may be looking for the discord server because they have a plan

since you mentioned the same "customer base", I can't just take their subscription away and not refund or give them what they bought

all the conversation we had was on discord and not in a ticket

About the $200 I owe you, yes that's true, I owe you 200, but here is the solution:
Refund the old customers (because u keep saying that I have the old customer base), and transfer you the old site ownership
Pay you $200 in bitcoin/litecoin and here we stop.

So you are using the resource of your old project to get reach for the new project what about the sellix and the bot you are using ? And as you said that you decied to stop the  project without telling me or the dev and just start a new project ? Is that fair  i will let the staff decide

I'm using the old resources to get in touch with the old customers which may have a subscription

About the bot - I'm not using the same bot, the old one got termed like the server, and every staff

I can always decide if I can stop owning a project, I don't have to talk with any staff about it, maybe I'm busy to continue it, maybe I just don't want to have it anymore, you can't  influence me to make or do something that i don't want anymore.

There are a lot of things changed, the project old project is discontinued, as i said i can pay you $200 (old winning i owe you) or i can just transfer you the ownership of the site to you on namecheap and refund every customer and after kick them from my server (even tho this is absurd)

I have also forgot to mention that i have talked with the developer (the other staff) about the domain change, he is also not getting paid in % now but in $ for hosting the bot, hes getting paid aprox $50 week for that and if he have something more to do i will pay him more
