Rain/Tip credits in shoutbox & gambling games

It would be nice to see a implementation of way to rain or tip random people credits  in shoutbox (non banned of course)
example
/rain (amount) (how many members)
/rain 10 10
And it would be random.

and the second suggestion would be to add gambling games to site or shoutbox where you gamble with credits

like blackjack, slots, scratchcards, sportsbook

and a dice command in shoutbox would be nice if you wanna gamble credits with a 50/50 chance
example:
/dice (amount) (win/lose)
/dice 10 win
/dice 10 lose

You want that shit, play it in your server.

We already have a betting system and thats as far as it goes... 

We also have credit donations system.

Before even thinking about getting fun and games here, we should be looking at the moderation issues and getting the site back to what it was.
