Say *No* to things

It's super easy to get swamped by saying yes to everything, whether it's work stuff or personal plans. Start saying "no" to things that aren't really important or that you don't actually want to do. It'll free up your time and energy for the stuff that really counts. This way, you can stay on track, chill out a bit, and live a more balanced and fulfilling life. Don't forget, it's totally okay to put your own needs first. I used to do the same, taking everything on me even it's not doable.

Once I started to realize this was a good thing for me I started to say "no" more often, sometimes I had to do things I didnt want to just because I couldnt say "no". It really improves your life when you start taking care of yourself.

totally agree. my burnout went away after i stopped overextending myself for people and things that didn't count
