Studio Ghibli movies are amazing. My personal favorite Ghibli movies are probably Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle.

If you're looking for something a bit more real, you should watch Catch Me if You Can.

Also, this one's not a movie, but a miniseries: Chernobyl. The characters are so good, you get invested into all of them so quick.

I have watched both Catch Me If You Can and Chernobyl! Chernobyl might be my favourite miniseries, in fact. The writing is off-the-charts good, it's unreal. Hildur Guðnadóttir's score is very appropriately haunting

Ooh nice you certainly have good taste. If you wanna watch a (short) TV Show, I really liked The Queen's Gambit. Some people get scared off it because they think they'll need chess knowledge to understand it, but you really don't. The show explains pretty much everything.
