damn Oregon i swear... i did all the dll editing and cant get Oregon to add for free, i can add Ca and other stated no problem but not damn Oregon... i get the need to log in screen.

so Oregon Would not let me past the login page on state select,  ca and mi and other states worked...   but if you Edit

Build and save - then Oregon let me select it with out login     -- note you will need to do all the other dll edits also.

thanks for saving me all the money :}   after all the reading and editing , works ,  i posted a fix problems with making you sign in only for for Ore-gon but was deleted, :/  but     il try again but with out the full code,edit Intuit.Ctg.Wte.Service.Entitlement.EntitlementService::IsStateEntitled     

delete all from public bool down should look like
