I have just reviewed all five accounts I purchased from him , and they have all been deactivated or stopped working. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund for all these accounts.

I'm reopening the dispute with  DEAL DISPUTE AGAINST @keigan

I warned him last time that if he didn't fix my account issues, I'd be asking for a refund. Since June 25th, I've messaged him multiple times, but he’s ignored me. You can see the screenshots of my messages.

He claims to offer 24/7 support and no account downgrades (Check) , but that’s not true. My account keeps getting downgraded, and every time I have to wait days for him to fix it. Even worse, when he finally responds, he just makes ignoring again .... 
Given that he hasn’t provided the service he promised and is ignoring my messages, I’m now asking for a full refund. He hasn't delivered what he advertised and hasn’t been responsive.
