My guy, your support staff literally agreed when I asked if the warranty was 24 hours and it will still be valid after that.

Further you also agreed that if my wise got blocked now I could get a replacement:

You never specified any of this, this is a error in your service.
I either demand a full refund or I want the seller to be banned as seller has continuously made claims without providing any documented proof at all while I have continuously provided the receipts. I do not want other buyers to be mislead by this seller.
