My guy, your support staff literally agreed when I asked if the warranty was 24 hours and it will still be valid after that.

You never specified any of this, this is a error in your service. 

I either demand a full refund or I want the seller to be banned as seller has continuously made claims without providing any documented proof at all while I have continuously provided the receipts. I do not want other buyers to be mislead by this seller.

This was never specified to me in any of the chat logs as when I brought it up even you agreed and so did your staff in regards to a refund:

As well as the warranty still being valid after what has happened.

I think it's better if we leave it to the mods to decide however, I'd like to ask the mods to request that you provide PROOF of what actually happened as I have constantly shown the screenshots of the chats which have occurred however you have just exaggerated and fabricated claims of what actually occurred. 

And if the ruling is in my favor I would either like a full refund or the seller to be banned so no more buyer victims arise from this.

That is me talking to you all the time on chat and telegram, I already said I don't want to wast time on wise.

1 if you want to use wise & paypal you should've wait for paypal also ...and on that case I would've just refund your paypal along with wise. Once you start being not patient about it it's your right to get it refunded and that what we did.

2 doing multiple transactions on the account and asking for replacement it was NO from the start but as I said because I don't want to waste time and going to long conversations back and forth we provided you with replacement.

The replacement was okay for the store but refund not.

You Will be refunded 60%/65% of the cost otherwise go and reactivate that wise.

Warranty is 24h yes I don't say no, but when transactions made on it it gets avoided.


I have checked your wise earlier and you were receiving multiple payments from your costumers, I can just contact wise and ask for statement if you said NO.

Also Providing evidence or screenshot its not up to you ask its up to the staff who will take care of this report.

You bought only wise and making nonsense noise about it, we have hundreds if not thousands of happy costumers.

+ we also can go ahead and ask wise for the block reason and I am sure it's chargebacks from one of your costumers

I stated that I have not touched the account as in undergo any transactions or try to change any of the logins. As I had previously texted you asking if this was a paypal or wise account and you took 7 hrs to respond. If you look clearly I have not attempted to login to the email at all, only the wise and the paypal to clarify which type of account you had sent me as you didn't previously specify and just sent the details

@Clown just refund 65% aka 97.5 usd via erc20 to that eth address I sent, I don't have effort to deal with this further, it's wasting too much time
