Amount or Item(s) Scammed: $30 ($200 VISA)

Additional Information: I bought a $200 VISA quite some time ago and it worked, so yesterday I heard ping.fo was closing, so I decided to buy a last visa while I could, when I went to use it, it didn't work, I contacted support and they said they don't replace for amazon (Doesn't make sense, as they don't state this ANYWHERE in their website/product page, and the method link is non working), my account is aged (2017), with over 120 orders in just 2022, and I've used visas before, so the account isn't the issue, I sent proof to their non-existent support, they took HOURS to respond, and they responded saying they won't refund/replace. Please give me a working card or a full refund.
