2. You don't have any ETA for when restock or a new method will come up, I might have to wait for days or months.

3. You are still looking for a new method, which could be good or bad. You can't guarantee the quality, and I might end up being the test for your new method.

4. Finally, a reply, but my ticket is still unresponded.

I am still requesting a refund because what you stated in your sales is completely opposite to the truth.
