Additional Information: same as last report against this user , this user sold me 150gb of bandwidth for 50$ . as soon as i sent him monye , he sent me proxies but after few minutes , he said he sent me wrong proxies and need to replace them , at that time i thought something is phishy but didnt care as it was 50$ . ai used proxies only for 1 day , after that i didnt touched proxies as i was busy and not near my pc . after few days , he messaged me saying i used all the bandwidth showing screenshot of his account . its was not digitally possible for me to use 150gb of bandwidth in few days as i was using proxes targets that run fine with public proxies too . i tried to explain him but he didnt care about that and started throwing tantrums and said im still using the proxies , but at that time proxies were not even working as proxies credentials were changed . i asked him to prove how im using the proxies which are already not working . he was not able to prove anything and said he will give me 50gb bandwidth more and i agreed to that also . i was already knowing that this user is trying to run some scam here , so i didnt used that bandwidth at all and after few hr exactly same thing happened that i was expecting . he messaged me saying i used all bandwidth again xD . this is the summary of the chat i had with this guy before he deleted chat on telegram and it seems he did same thing to many users.

I can confirm this dispute is valid since I talked to @Atsuki and confirmed we indeed were sold the same account by the seller.
The proxy credentials provided by this user to multiple people matched (with the same proxy username on them, i.e. proving he was selling the same account to everyone and double-dipping everyone)
