We already payed for the stocks needed to boost your server in the first place so a refund is not applicable. But like I said I'd be willing to upkeep the our lifetime agreement.

Thank you @Pitcher, I can clearly see a difference between the two services - one regularly updates their customers about tickets and boosts being restocked, the other barely has any communication other than "server got termed", "sorry out of stock, please wait 7-14 days" and of course "sorry cant help you no id".

@AXE I am still interested in receiving my refund after the poor service received, if you really care about the few dollars (max) you spent on my server - I'd be happy to receive $65 instead of $70.

Otherwise I'll just wait for staff.

That's the difference between you and me. You are just on Cracked because you like to trash you competitors sales. It's the only thing you do here, you don't contribute you don't know anyone on the forum and all in all you don't care about this place. All your posts so far have been in the Deal Dispute section. Once again, pathetic little pitchyboy.

Waiting for Staff to reply, my offer is still the same. Giving you exactly what you bought for even though you broke our ToS.

You like referring to your ToS, so I will pick out some things for you too.

"If you fail to heed direction and leave negative feedback on such a system" - I was given zero direction as seen in the screenshots provided, meaning my "negative" feedback is just.

"Any action or inaction where the buyer commits misrepresentation, deception, or ill intent against "Boosthub"" - Again I did not misrepresent, deceive or display ill intent against your organisation, as evident in the screenshots you fail to comment on.

"Any issues must be addressed through support in a respectful, concise manner." - I obviously was not treated respectfully by your staff team, having asked for my boosts many times and being told to give an ID when I never had received one (refer to screenshots for further clarity). Doesn't help you that you banned me either, considering I had to create this dispute in order to get a response, you've displayed an absolute lack of respect and care that you claim your service to have.

I will also mention as a side note the following:

"The goods and products from this proposed store are for educational and promotional use only. They impose reality and are not intended to be used as such. No illegal means are intended." - You claim this, yet your recent "Warzone Undetected Cheats" product is illegal software that you profit from. By no means can you state that they are for "educational and promotional use only" when you are selling said product.

I hope you soon take your own advice on your ToS and the feedback from this dispute to improve your service. I am sure that you are a good person and wish to provide quality service, but even you can see that by being reluctant to comment on the screenshots and my experience that, on this occasion, you are not in the right.
