forgot all about this until i was looking through deal disputes and saw his name and remembered all about this purchase xD..

Additional Information: paid for his stealer (mint stealer) payment and everything went well but 4 days later the stealer panel is down and he says its a server issue, and he told me wait a few days i wait no response so i text him again asking is it back up? no response i send another message he finally respond saying he having issue because the server or site aint his? i dont clearly remember as i only spent $40.. so yeah a month now still not back up, i doubt it takes that long to bring a website back up?

all in one just bad support and says something but dont keep his word, at this point i'll rather have a refund then deal with a seller who cant even make his first impression good to his customers

Since no Telegram account is linked to his account and that no screenshot of the conversation is in the thread, i can't be sure it is that transaction, but should be that one. Buyer told me he would do close when the transaction would be confirmed.
