You never did ban that account, and you didn't even mention the status on that specific account that I mention, without all of the accounts that I want to ban, but this one you never mention, also you tell every status on them and they were banned and not this one. And this account changed username. But cmon, you never mention the status on this one, Even though I sent you a couple of messages about it, you never responded until I report you. Isn't that weird?

That doesn't make sense, it's like the police asking you to prove that you don't have drugs, when in fact they have the burden of proof, they are making an accusation so they have to prove it.

You should of had proof from the Instagram account  saying one of the reported accounts you reported had been taken down. We cannot take anyone word until they show hardcore evidence. So, show the evidence that you banned the account within 24 hours.
