The photo I sent, is not same but he changed username but as you can see "kirkegaard" on bio, which is same person.
Haha, funny. Don't you know how does the link looks when they are banned? You surely saw his profile. All is exactly same pictures and same account. And when you click that account, the user not found. And when account is banned. It's will say "Sorry, the page is isn't available." "The link you followed may be broken, or the page may be removed". But what I seeing right is "User not found" with the profile and username on top. So basically it's not same.
@Syrex and why did you never mention about you did ban that account? When I'm seeing that account were never banned. The account username was changed obviously.
