The customer has been inactive for several months and, as evidenced by the attached screenshot (https://i.imgur.com/ref4GjF.png), has not responded to my messages since 1 October 2023. Despite my attempts to assist the customer with a suggestion (specifically, explaining that other refunders might use a FAKE police report for a successful refund, a practice I do not engage in), he has chosen to disregard my communications
As detailed in the scam report he filed, I have repeatedly requested the customer's cooperation to facilitate the use of the services he purchased. I have not refused any of his requests nor ignored any messages. In fact, I have consistently encouraged the customer, on the deal dispute, to utilize the services for which they paid. However, they declined and, instead of contacting me directly through Telegram to resolve the matter, opted to initiate a dispute through the forum after months of inactivity (you can see clearly last messages left on seen)
The customer is aware of my Telegram account (https://t.me/bySANTA), and I remain willing to assist them with any of the purchased services to which he had and will continue to have access. My refunding service has been and continues to be operational throughout this period, supported by an expanded team
I am awaiting messages from @elephantom via Telegram. If the customer continues to decline assistance, I am unable to take further action. It has been over a year since their purchase, and the decision to not utilize the services he paid for rests solely with him
