Scam Report: @SANTA refund service and VIP membership

The customer has been inactive for several months and, as evidenced by the attached screenshot (https://i.imgur.com/ref4GjF.png), has not responded to my messages since 1 October 2023. Despite my attempts to assist the customer with a suggestion (specifically, explaining that other refunders might use a FAKE police report for a successful refund, a practice I do not engage in), he has chosen to disregard my communications

As detailed in the scam report he filed, I have repeatedly requested the customer's cooperation to facilitate the use of the services he purchased. I have not refused any of his requests nor ignored any messages. In fact, I have consistently encouraged the customer, on the deal dispute, to utilize the services for which they paid. However, they declined and, instead of contacting me directly through Telegram to resolve the matter, opted to initiate a dispute through the forum after months of inactivity (you can see clearly last messages left on seen)

The customer is aware of my Telegram account (https://t.me/bySANTA), and I remain willing to assist them with any of the purchased services to which he had and will continue to have access. My refunding service has been and continues to be operational throughout this period, supported by an expanded team

I am awaiting messages from @elephantom via Telegram. If the customer continues to decline assistance, I am unable to take further action. It has been over a year since their purchase, and the decision to not utilize the services he paid for rests solely with him

@elephantom Requesting a refund over a year into the VIP membership is not justified and fair on the seller as you've had access to his methods and other sorts of information. Regardless of this, seller still has to provide a "VIP" experience to make it up for it. However not cooperating with @SANTA or @SANTA threatining OP, as OP claims, is not right. You will have to work together in order to come up with a solution. @SANTA Could you please provide proof of your chats with the user since you're claiming that he's been unresponsive?

The issue is that I have not received any of the other purported benefits of a VIP membership either. Santa claims VIP members get access to private stores, a private Telegram group, guides, and "priority support." I never received access to any of these, and priority support I most certainly did not receive.

Calling me "unresponsive" is deliberately deceptive. I attempted to resolve this with Santa in DMs (as evidenced in the screenshots I uploaded) and opened this scam report after it became apparent that Santa continued to insult and threaten me (based on the tone he took in the last few messages he sent). 

Today, he messaged me again (screenshot), acting nice and pretending that no issues ever happened. It's clear he only did this because a staff member got involved in this scam report (he has not made a single attempt to message me since the insults he hurled at me last October). @SANTA Did you provide the user with the private stores, private group and the guides as you've promised with the VIP membership? If you did, provide proof. Do so within 24hrs

@elephantom From what I was sent, it was clear that you left the VIP telegram group yourself. If you are not willing to cooperate, you can't fully utilize the vip membership. Hence you can either choose to be invited back into the group and continue the membership with all of the perks and support promised by the seller, or request a partial refund for the membership if you are not willing to cooperate with the seller any longer. Please choose the either option and reply within 24hrs

I was never notified or told that I was added to a VIP Telegram group. Please send me the proof that Santa sent you.

@SANTA You have 24hrs to invite OP back to the VIP group and provide other perks that he migh've missed out on since he wasn't in the group. If you are not willing to do that, refund him partially the 50% amount he has paid within that time period.

I have re-added him to the VIP Membership group and sent him an invitation to another group as well
In the VIP group, he was added instantly, just as he was the first time. However, for the second group, he needs to accept the invitation sent via Telegram
 
If he requires my assistance, I am available on Telegram. I await his new orders or questions. Thank you!
