Additional Information: So, I contacted him on telegram a few days ago and asked for yahoos, he said he has, sold me for $60 a batch of 60k. He said not raped and shit, they were raped, but I shut up about it, there are lots of guys selling shitty stuff. However, looking for new sellers constantly I contacted him on discord, forgetting I already bought from him on telegram and guess what. The guy sold me the same base from telegram. He said the logs were never sold before and they are fresh. Well, they aren't, so I guess he is a scammer, selling some shit 10x times to 10x different people.
Crypto address for a refund: Not needed, as he says he doesn't have money for refund.

Because the correct amount to refund is $130 not $70, also, lets talk about the fact that you say you sell fresh, unsold stuff and you sell to multiple people. How is that not a scam?
