i just told him to buy 25 acc , for 2$, i have not confirmed that i will take it from him, because i have not had time to answer telegram, i am busy at school, i have not asked him for warranty how old is the account, and capture >6 months, and today he opened a $50 report, just because I haven't replied to his telegram

The story goes like this, I bought a cyber on forum account
he texted me, we talked
2$/ 25 acc .
he told me: the account is available and he checked it again and told me.
first: I'm the one who pays first, and he sends the account later.
Monday: I told him I'm busy with school and don't have time to talk, (will text later, screenshot above)

i have not replied to him yet and he reported me as a scam, deals are still being negotiated.
