Additional Information:We had 600$ OTP bot deal before, i bought it from him yesterday and  he said he will help me after he bought the bot, after i bought the bot  for money for help and asked me to pay 400$  for it, but because its a huge amount and I dont want to hesitate to pay I told him I would pay him 40$ for it but he said he would help me from the beginning he said he would help me after I bought the bot and he deleted the message he said he would help, I got the OTP bot codes and idk  what to do but he had to tell me because he did it and I see that , (need a refund or help me)  if it doesnt the bot is useless to me

Im not sure if its only me but the links he provided dont seem to work for me. 

Anyways, so yes me and him made a deal for OTP bot source code, never in that deal did i promise to help him set it up, nor was that in the final statements before the transaction took place. Its not my responsibility to do everything for him, the deal was just the source code.

But we never agreed on a price for help at all, and where you said i agreed to help for a "tip" keep in mind the price was never set, you were very vague by just saying tip. this was over a week ago, so this is a completely different transaction at this point.

We never agreed on a price and it wasnt made clear in this transaction to help you, you are showing chat messages from a week ago. Nothing recent was said about a price to help you. Im not doing it for $60, neither is highdiver, highdiver told you he would help you for $500 also. Dont expect people to do everything for you, you should know the basics when it comes to this shit before you buy. Now we wait on @Liars , have a good day. See you when he makes a decision.
