Additional Information: basically his stripe account was being temp locked to provide ID + Bank to process payouts. Also he agreed to pay all the $ in the account that was locked without me waiting 90d for it but apparently he is just ghosting me

So I basically, told the user @bybys6  not too deactivate the 3DS security feature on stripe ; 
He insisted on doing so the account is now locked; 
the user seems to be confused in screenshot n5 ; As account verifications and the account being locked because of chargebacks (that he was told about) are two different things . 
Anyways, I can not send the user his money , well cause i dont have his money

I have talked with @bybys6  on telegram, and tried to resolve the issue.

when counting the payments made through the stripe the total amount of Secured transactions is a total of 1.6k$ While the amount to be refunded for chargeback would total the refunds + 2.6k$ extra (as dispute fees); 

The Security feature for the stripe was disabled at the request of @bybys6, and I didn't know any better tbh ; 

I explained the situation to him on telegram as well, I do not mind sending him his money after 90 days after all chargebacks are either made or too late to be made.
