Additional Information: Been over a week and no delivery, keeps stalling and wasting my time and I already got my accounts sorted else where. There is a last screenshot missing where he tries to be smart and force the accounts onto me after I said I'm coming here to open a thread. I've not opened those messages cause like I've said in chat multiple times, I dont want shit from this guy anymore and just want my money back. He can send those screenshots if he wants idc. Don't even trust he'll send proper stuff anyways or not try to steal them back or some crap. Wasted my time and money on this guy.

this guy said i don't need ur accs after i made them ( and he know accs are ready) and he said i don't need it cuz u got more than week ( i got 4 days and i said i have a problem and he said ok np) 
when i said i will delivery it he said no need 
he got all accs who paid for it and he can check them

and he said np and i  refunded the money for him 
in this part it was  my fault and he got the money . But in the first part, I didn't do anything wrong ( i said everything for him)

And yes, I paid for accs and each time you kept saying within 24hrs. Even in this page you said "1 hour, Im eating". Whole day passes by, nothing

You then said some shit bout "I sent for u proofs", which is some weird english I dont fully understand, so I ask "Huh? I dont understand" and again, u leave me on read again for hours.

A whole week since I paid for accs that were promised within "24hrs max" and "like just 1 hour" - your words. Each time giving some excuse. Idk what ur 'problem' really is, but doesn't matter.

This is business - you couldnt deliver the accs in your own promised time frames and so I cancelled the order. So just refund and move on, simple.
