Additional Information: So, Purchased an account for Modern Warfare, took 2-3 days to receive. I was patient. When I received the account I was at work, after work I got home and attempted to use the account but it was banned. He tried making an excuse for it by saying I waited 13 hours to tell him about it. I explained to him I was at work. After that, I asked what it's going to be done about the situation and has not responded in 5 days. I'd like a refund as it seems like the accounts don't last at all and his communication is very poor. More messages were lost due to him not saving discord ticket transcripts and not having them sent to customers after purchasing.

There hasn’t been a ticket opened about this issue in my Discord hence why he thinks the communication is bad, I get hundreds of dm’s everyday and I don’t handle order issues in dm’s for that reason. This person doesn’t have a ticket opened in my server for this issue. On top of that these accounts don’t come with any sort of warranty, because they are cracked, if it’s takes you 13 hours to test a cracked account then something isn’t right, and ”work” as an excuse for 13 hours doesn’t make much sense either. If we need to give buyers 13 hours to test their products, especially cracked accounts, then this industry is doomed to fail.
