Additional Information: the scam starts when we contact them. they offer a big methode database with everything inside. and that we would make our money back within a week! this almost sounds to good to be true. they wrote us every day. sometimes multiple times a day if we already wanted to pay. but after we agreed on the terms of the sales. we paid €1300 to the bitcoin address they provide us. We wait and wait. and a day later they add us in a simple group with copied nulled treads. 1 every 2 months. So we contacted them because we bought something else from them. a database and methodes, RTS and ftid and lits. they said they have some problems with delivery but they deliver within 24 hours. almost 5 days later they say we need to keep quiet otherwise they remove us. then they all deleted the chats with us. and removed us from the group. so we have nothing now. then after 6 days of almost no contact with them. they removed us from the only thing we bought they said. its a big shame for them. they have a nice service but a terrible customer service. and when they think you asked to much they ignore you. its strange we didn’t get anything that we paid for. and they ignore us now. they are talking about a scam report that we did on the day of sale. but we didn’t this is the first report. so they must have been scamming more people. they won’t give us our money back for there own safety they said. and that the way outdated group contains 75% of the info. but it contains nothing at all. i bought it for the bol.com methodes 3 of them and all the rts methodes. i said to them i don’t want any dna methodes from you. because Dna works on every store. they said no ofc we won’t. but sadly they didn’t do anything to help us. i have way more screenshots of the chat they removed with us, if any staff member would like to see these i will send them.

I’ve been going through this “report” OP has made, and I must say I’m actually baffled about all this. 
According to the screenshots provided by OP is not interested in the actual full Masterclass, but is interested in certain methods (we’ve provided which can be seen by the proof isn't even officially included in the Masterclass aside from the 4 bol methods we send him as well but just given as sign of good will and wanting to help a little extra after negotiating, this was a single made decision by t.me/@HedaLeksaKomTrikru - after agreeing on the full fee and understanding OP is paying for the full package (Masterclass including 1 on 1 support with every single question/order he might make + every new method we find out and share with our students, the BOL methods actually are in this channel already). 

- After agreeing to pay the full fee(€1300) for the methods, OP paid the full fee and was invited to the Channel with methods and guides, OP then stated he was was not interested in this but was mainly interested in two methods(RTS and Bol method) As can be seen in the screenshots))
After delivering methods OP started making scam accusations in various Telegram groups and started making threats about making scam report or wanting a refund (Giving us a feeling this was OP's intention from the start. Mainly to get quick access to the methods OP has been asking about before). Thus this made us decide to kick him out of the group temporary as all OP was doing was making threats about scam reports even though we’ve provided the methods OP has asked for. We will gladly invite him back in and help OP once OP has changed his attitude/tamper to us. 
 
The main intention of this Masterclass is to guide (new)users through getting started with refunding using our years of experience, users get 1 on 1 support until they fully can do it on their own, even after we still support these users with any questions or issues they might run into. Methods and stores are updated frequently. We’ve been helping over 50 students so far without any hassle or issues like this. This scenario makes us feel like OP had the intend of doing something like this from the start to gain more knowledge about the specific methods OP has been asking for.
 
OP is/was well aware as we can see from screenshots OP is buying these methods OP requested for, for the full/normal price of the masterclass cost as we don’t sell methods separately.
 
Another note is that OP is using a different Telegram Handle, OP has been using a different Telegram handle (@OrionTG) to contact us the first time about joining and now is using another Telegram handle (@JoostKaats) to make a report and message us yet again(We didn’t block the OP).
 
We as a service that has been running stable for over 5 years for the real OG's with us here starting at (SE.net, Astro, MPGH, Leakforums/LSX, Hackforums) without any issues have absolutely no intention to scam users in any way, with the amount of orders/client base and credibility we have there is absolutely no benefit for us to harm our service in a way like OP has described above. Our service is well-known for the service and quality we provide and deliver therefore we are still here to this date after so many years. 
 
OP has received what OP agreed to pay for and now wants a refund for it? That's not how things work, that’s not a way of doing business, basically impossible if you already have in hand what you paid for, without giving us the ability to take it back from OP since this is a digital course/mentorship including hand-written out methods.

Delivered what OP asked for, after delivery threatening with scam report if no refund. Not how it works, provided working methods we use ourselves on the daily. If OP wants it this way, go ahead. We're always transparant.

First of all i want to say it is very sad to read this. I buy a master class from these people under good conditions. Neatly arranged and before I had paid
excellent contact several times a day. But after we paid we didn't get in touch with anyone for days. All excuses
one day someone was working alone and I had to be diffrent admin, and then it would send it on its own within 12 hours. Unfortunately that didn't happen
we had to wait for days for what we paid for. We have clearly indicated in advance that we are not new and already know a lot
we even sent paid ftid and lit methods to them first. To ask if they had the same, they said no we don't have that and they are
the methods are very neatly arranged. Only it had to take no less than 5 days to get 2 sentences with a very outdated lit method from the
amazon lit time (a year ago that would have worked fine.). Same with the postnl lit method. unfortunately it has not worked for a while.
when we pointed this out to them that we really wanted to see something from them that worked and what they had promised us. They started to react very offensively.
They suddenly started talking about a scam report. And deleted all chats with us. This is of course a very special way of working.




Bearing in mind that at that moment they had only added us in the group. and did not respond or request a delay for the other methods.
You indicated in advance that you would provide 3 working methods from bol.com. we also added. no DNA because DNA works on everything.
and then after 4 days we have not received a response. we started by telling them that if they still hadn't delivered anything within 24 hours. Which
we would make a scam report. because it is of course not normal that they could respond to us every minute of the day before we had paid.
but when we have paid we have not been able to contact these people for days.

it is also true what he says about multiple telegram accounts. that's because they just respond to whoever they feel like. I send a message with account 1 they don't respond to that. and I send a message with account 2
and they can respond within 1 minute. as long as you buy something from them they respond quickly. but if the money is in with them. they barely respond.
I am very sorry that it had to turn out this way. so I already asked for a refund after 2 days because I still hadn't received anything from them.
but unfortunately that was not possible, they said because they had put us in a group (from which we were unfortunately thrown out). But that's why they couldn't help us any further.
and that we should just act normal. "have a nice day" that's what they said, when we needed some help. We soon said that we unfortunately did not need it.
and didn't necessarily want to be in that group either. Because we bought it for bol and rts methods. After 5 days they suddently came with a store list, with a broken rts method.
when we told them that and also wanted our bol methods that they talk about so much, there wouldn't have been any problem right now. But they said to us to keep shut.



It is especially a hard that they themselves are convinced that they have delivered something. Of all the points we asked for, they have so far nothing/almost nothing
delivered. I think that is a great shame because they have promised us a lot. That they can just throw us out of a group, and tell us to be quiet,
and have to learn to wait. That's not a way of talking to someone who sold you something. We've given them opportunities to deliver.
they themselves came with 12 hours and then with 24 hours. and then they would deliver it the same day. unfortunately none of this is true. it's nice to see
that they also indicate that they have 3 bol methods. unfortunately they say that they only use DNA themselves.

It is also very special to see. so apparently this helped a lot. they just sent me a message on telegram of there zown accord.
with that they are not afraid and that they have enough "proof". I myself have no idea what. unfortunately we would like a refund. because
we didn't get what we paid for. you can't throw someone into a self-made group with all old messages. and then say
no you will not get a refund because you have seen our secret methods. i will tell you search on nulled how to refund. and there is the content of the group.


They say they all work in different time zones. and that is why they were unable to deliver on time. this is of course another one of their frequently used excuses
I have never seen a country where it is night for 2 days. and light for 10 minutes a day. I will tell you that does not exist.
we did get in touch with them sometimes. but then you were either there or notthe person who dealt with it. or were they very busy but were they going to deliver today. unfortunately have

they promised us that several times. sometimes several times a day. but unfortunately to this day. no 1 good explanation or help.
it is also so special that at the moment we say we want our money back. that completely skipped the tone. and that we had nothing against them
and that they were not going to help us any further. that is of course no way of working. and I don't see it happening either. therefore I don't think this is a good match
and would like my money back. so that I can buy it from someone else who does keep his word.


They are indeed very transparent. they flaunt it all the time. but that transperante ends after you pay. Just like quick response and good support. That is also true, but even after you pay you will not receive a message.



And finally I would like to point out to them that you cannot treat your customers like that. it is a very special way of working and combining. They save their very good reputation for something so small. they also have enough in their wallets to return it. only it seems like they don't want to admit it. That if you pay for something and don't get it. That you can't feel the good service conditions. And with that in mind, I think I'd like my money back. Partly because I don't have anything now and I'm not in a group anymore. And that they themselves have promised more than they can actually deliver. And it soon becomes clear that they sincerely think that we are against them. I got a pretty threatening message from them a few hours after posting this post. With the fact that we have bad intentions and that they would have enough evidence anyway. That is, of course, admitting that you are wrong. All we wanted and tried to say for a week is just get the things we paid for. But unfortunately that is a very difficult task with these guys.

We provided the RTS method(Including BOL) as OP was mainly interested in buying this as can be seen in the screenshot. After receiving OP is pushing threats and wants a refund.

Because we bought it for bol and rts methods. After 5 days they suddently came with a store list, with a broken rts method.

The screenshot shows OP is mainly interested in the RTS method, and now it's Bol method and RTS(We've provided both)  Why on earth would we sell a broken RTS method that we are using on the daily? 

How can this actually be valid? OP got what OP paid for. OP only wanted the RTS method as can be seen in the screenshots and wasn't interested in anything else. Now OP is claiming we're not delivering, this dispute has to be a joke...If it would be valid, we would've refunded you straight away without any questions asked. My gut feeling is saying that OP wanted this to go like this from the start.
This has nothing to do with our reputation, our reputation is solid for years and years. There is absolutely no point/benefit from us as a service to harm our service in a manner like this. It just doesn't add up.

First of all do you think it’s normal that after we buy the course you don’t reply to or messages or you keep dodging then by delaying. Then we say we are going to make a scam report after a few days all of a sudden you send a few shitty methods.

Second of all if you say everything is good about you’re service and your service is no scam. Why would you delete the whole chat? That would be the proof that you are not a scammer right?

We can go on and on about if you delivered or not the main advertisement of you’re course is 1on1 mentor ship and transparency this alone you did not deliver let alone the other promises you made. 

The things we agreed on sale. And you should deliver to me within 24 hours. And what we didn’t get:

So in the end I did not get what you guy's promised me, and lack in terms of communication. That's why I'm asking for a full refund
