First of all do you think it’s normal that after we buy the course you don’t reply to or messages or you keep dodging then by delaying. Then we say we are going to make a scam report after a few days all of a sudden you send a few shitty methods.

Second of all if you say everything is good about you’re service and your service is no scam. Why would you delete the whole chat? That would be the proof that you are not a scammer right?

We can go on and on about if you delivered or not the main advertisement of you’re course is 1on1 mentor ship and transparency this alone you did not deliver let alone the other promises you made. 

The things we agreed on sale. And you should deliver to me within 24 hours. And what we didn’t get:

What we got:

[V] a random group with way outdated stores and 1 copied nulled post every month.
[V] no response after we payed for days.
[V] a dna methode for bol.com after 4 days
[V] deleted out of all groups after we payed.
[V] shitty service. And big talk how we have nothing against them. And they won’t help us.

So in the end I did not get what you guy's promised me, and lack in terms of communication. That's why I'm asking for a full refund

Delivered what OP asked for, after delivery threatening with scam report if no refund. Not how it works, provided working methods we use ourselves on the daily. If OP wants it this way, go ahead. We're always transparant. Invited to group with frequently updated methods and tips, OP didn't want 1 on 1 tutoring, wasn't interested in all of this as can be seen in screenshots. His main intentions were getting the RTS method and later on BOL.

OP now states he wants this also, as can be seen in screenshots shared above and in previous replies. OP was only interested in getting the RTS and Bol method. Which we delivered. OP now wants a full refund, while already having received what OP intended to get from the start. This is not how it works. It can be seen from plain sight that OP was onto this from the beginning. 

Either way,  I hope the admin/mod will have a proper look at this and decide what's best. We as a service that has been running stable for over 5 years without any issues have absolutely no intention to scam users in any way, with the amount of orders/client base and credibility we have there is absolutely no benefit for us to harm our service in a way like OP has described above. Our service is well-known for the service and quality we provide and deliver therefore we are still here to this date after so many years.

didn't deliver within 2 hours. I immediately said I wanted a full refund. And that still didn't happen.

Like it shows in the picture OP,  you already joined the group - seen the methods and then request for refund/threaten with scam report. This isn't valid OP.  Just stop stying whatever you're trying to do. You received what you intentionally paid for. Then you make accusations and threats. That's not doing business OP. These where OP's intentions from the start. Really sad to see what OP is trying to get out of this.

It's just sad to see people are intentionally trying to go this way so they can get free access to things like this.

Like it says in my picture, you already promised me a refund, this was not my plan from the start. My plan was to get better at refunding, with the things you promised me to deliver but did not do.

After 5 days of not delivering/responding you offered me a refund. When I told you I wanted a refund, you suddenly came with a new accusation that we made a scam report against you. And you started deleting the chat. I don't know what you know about business but that's not a good thing to do. The only thing I did was after seven days, I made 2 scam reports on 2 websites.

You keep repeating that you are a well-known service with good credit, and I think this is the biggest problem. Because you don't care anymore about your customers. The way you respond to me after buying your service is just disgusting and the group you delivered is just one big empty mess. I paid 1300 euros to get ghosted and kicked out of the group, it's just sad, I can find many group chats like this with more info for free, with only copied and pasted chats.

Still, you didn't deliver everything you promised. I hope people will read this thread, and find out the real truth about the refunding masterclass you offer. It could have been so simple, I gave you 2x 24 hr to deliver to me after I paid. But after that, you gave yourself another 2 days to deliver. I gave you 2 warnings I would make a scam report, and you simply didn't care because you said we didn't have any proof. To this day I have absolutely nothing.

At the end of the day, there are only 2 things that happened 1. I paid you the money 2. You can't deliver what you promised.

You still haven't reached out to me in a proper manner. You've been threatening from the start. You paid for what you requested to buy. Simple OP.

This scam report is already solved on another forums. I will be using their judgement as it is correct. I will be banning user for off-site scamming/scamming. Solved, closed.
