You're not being refunded, the account was delivered to you in a working matter. With cashout accounts everyone understands that there is a risk and I showed you possible ways that you could cash it out. BlueBird is a USA banking app, which you should've done your background research before purchasing from a third-world country.

If you received an issue, such as "something went wrong", this is based on your IP address, and fraud score. I've sold numerous of these accounts, with little complaints and told you that you're best bet would be to do a money order pickup from walmart, then you were just complaining about how you cannot use it. You could also do an ACH transfer out to an off-shore bank, but you were keen on doing it through paxful. Multiple "methods" were provided to help guide you cash out the account for a profit, but you weren't interested in them.

The warranty on your account stopped working, which is why you were not refunded/replaced, any other shop owner selling these accounts at the time would understand my situation, this is your fault not mine.

I do not mind giving you store credit for how much you paid, even though you did lock the account on your own will, but I want to make sure that you're satisfied still.
