I have not read or bought monarch's ebook b4 , but im sure that even if its similar , mine has the method to get traffic that no one else has .

The method is semi-private . Go ask Monarch abt it and may I ask how does he teach you how to get traffic . Why not you go and join some fake paypal reward server , ask them if they bought Monarch's ebook
