Customers preorder 1-5K worth of cards on a daily. My TOS is strict and the reason it wasn't in there is due to it being your first time purchasing a bigger amount card and having no success. The cards do work 100% with public cashout methods if you know how to use them and adjust it to your own unique version of that method, it won't work 100% on a individual method but i have 4 different sites which work 100%. You were given a replacement multiple times due to you failing to use the cards. You stated you didn't use the card on UBER however transaction logs prove otherwise, as it was used on UBER within a few minutes of card delivery. 

I will not fight this anymore, i'll let forum staff decide whether or not you are worth being refunded as you did infact receive hundreds worth of cards as replacements and only paid $16.5

You received in total: 
$50 Card
$20 Card
$150 Card

you paid $16.5 and got provided with 220 dollars worth of working product with active cards.


Our conversation from Element, user even stated that he couldn't get it to work and even stated "your job is to stop given me replacement." after he couldn't get the card to work for one of his methods. As stated he only tested it with TWO publicly known methods.

As stated in our conversation i even clarified our TOS replacement policy and the user understood it.


In a previous message, you told me that there is an uber + music site transaction and it is not by me , so you gave me a replacement, now you are telling me I did the transaction. I do not know about this twisted statement. all I am saying is your cards did not work for me 3 time

You mentioned I have received  220$ worth of cards, sorry to say that but I did not request these cards, You only have these cards left on your stock each time I contacted you .so you gave me these as a replacement ( not working btw )  also I clearly mentioned if this VCC works I will pay the rest of a balance for you. So do not think you did me a favor by providing higher-value cards

bro, I mentioned 3 methods that still work with other PrePaid / debit / Gift cards, I have tried all of them

on the second replacement, you said that you will refund me if these did not work

I'm just stating facts, as you stated you were going to use it on UBER and the transaction was used on UBER.
You also misunderstood what i said here, i used it on steam for $5.99 and offered to refund it back to the card which i did.

We can just wait for staff to decide  :pepo:

I don't make things up, im stating the facts and information provided upon checking the card. I refunded the amount back onto the prepaid giftcard and you still had the funds since you stated " It did not work ", and i got it to work within 2 seconds copy pasting and purchasing a game. Then refunding it. 

Its very simple how my business works.
Knowledged Customer > Purchase > Cashout > Repeat

However sometimes people like you (not being mean) don't truly understand the full way on how to use these cards effectively. Which is why this deal dispute is open


UPDATE:
No hate towards you at all, once this is resolved. I'm still happy to provide you cards under the terms of service
