3rd Day of several tries gave him anydesk access again
after many tests of 3 hours today not mentioning how many hours the previous days.
the seller was able to finally provide proxies with very low cpm which would be suspected as a free proxies.
that wasn't the agreement though
I asked nicely multiple times for a refund the replies that he couldn't refund because he bought akamai proxies
while I said I need the proxies for mycanal which is protected by akamai.
so he spent 150$ on the akamai proxies and I bought his proxies for 160$
doesn't make sense that he wouldn't refund from the first place and trying to take the hassle and make a profit of 10$...
He wants me to keep trying daily but I'm too busy to be honest to check daily for hours just to make something work, my point I paid for something I should receive it and start using it I have my own busy life as I do respect he does.

Wasn't fixed tested again and told the seller he can use the config of mycanal on his own now I will not test anymore
the config is public on the forums and he can test.
he can also refund till he fix his issues.
and btw I will not accept anymore stalling from him by keep waiting for exactly 24 hours to reply with another thing
i will not test anymore i will not do anything if he can refund he can do it
if he doesn't want to sure
3 days only to try to setup IP Auth while he will try now to pull the bullshit of his ToS no refund as I didn't even see any ToS on his service
and okay let's say if he had a ToS I waited long enough for him to make the IP Auth work which he should refunded on the first 24 hours that IP Auth doesn't work

You can check the case as the seller will keep stalling it every day and he hasn't responded for more than 24 hours.
and either if he responds he will keep stalling it again and again and again.

3 days - It was 24 Hours when you open up this report. And last two days you were busy yourself with weekend. Although, I told you, I can understand everyone has weekend, now you make it sound like I delayed these past 2 days?
You have been very overwhelmed with your words where I tried to be professional as possible. 1st after purchase the product was delivered within 30 Minutes (not 3 days), you were happy with the Proxy, the CPM was around 1500-1800 first, but went stable at 722-800 for which you said and I quote "these are a bit slower then my current provider but why am I even complaining, its still cheaper then my provider" and then you said if EU only IP range be possible, maybe the speed might increase, and I felt I should provide some quality service to my client and I assured you that I will try to get something done soon, and spent another long hours to get and setup AKAMAI IP ranges (EU), and disabled the US proxies which you didn't want, unfortunately the proxy didn't worked in your Target (my-canal). But its not like it was not working at all, if you tested on other targets, it would work.
Well, I still went in and asked if you could give me your target API *target url, you denied and said I just want working proxies, why do I need URL for that.
All aside, after 1 day of debug and explaining you, and when I went into your anydesk and saw my-canal and then you told me the target URL, finally I was able to get the EU ranges which worked with my-canal, that took exactly 1 day, I still kept the other proxy alive for you. But you say you don't have any other targets, but that is not my fault.
Only because you are able to get in hold of me is the only reason you are able to get into my head, unless other providers would never work this long, and show you proof that the proxy works, only iit doesn't with your target, so no refund or reason, or even try to fix it.
All apart, I made the fix, the proxies working good and great, over 600 CPM stable now, and then you come and say again that you need a refund.
That won't be possible, plus its a weekly service you subscribed to, if it was a monthly, I could even refund you 3/4th of the price, but for a weekly service, for which I provided working proxies, only if you didn't asked for EU and stayed with the US, things would had not turned this way.
Then again, you threating me to take to KZI and all.
While making payment, you accept the Terms of Service (and without accepting, you are not allowed to make any payment)

Although we provide 24/7 support, it may take a few hours for some techinical task to get finished before we update a Ticket or Provide any fix over Live Support/Telegram, please be patient.
(the second TOS you didn't even wait for a day to pass and went into opening a scam report). May 16th is when you purchased, and because I went offline for a few hours, you open up a scam report.
Only thing you told was, you run a blackhat service (its not blackhat but I will take it as it is) and you should hire people to provide support for this.
Just so I be clear, the proxy service we use is very much hidden, no one knows anyone's sauce so I cannot hire support and provide them access to my proxy config. Its expensive, I had to pour in many thousands to make it as it is!

@ Liers, Kindly decide on it, I have provided working stable proxy on the same date, as you can read above, user wanted something else, I provided him on that too, the proxy worked great and I have result of him posting curl -k proxy himself, just not on his target. Yet, after that I went and again, issued another IPv4 proxy which exactly worked with his target, now his complain is its slower then his current provider, IDK what to expect from him, he paid, I provided. He himself claimed, my proxies were a bit slower in CPM but Cheaper so he doesn't mind.
Already 16th (I won't count this day but still he used it anyways)
17th I worked on the target and made it compatible and sent him.
18th Updated the post.
19th Still Proxy working and is working with his target if you are wondering. He has given screenshot of it working. Now his issue is its slower then his current provider so he doesn't want it anymore.
Things doesn't work this way, after this long work of 4 days, being professional, even with working proxies I still replaced him with IPs that will exclusively work for him, which no provider does, and even will reject refund, as its a weekly subscription, 3 days been active, 1 day (it was working on all targets, user curl -k proxy and checked with 200 response) but didn't worked on his target.
