Scam report against @raw

Additional Information: Banned him this morning from the discord soon as I woke up to all these DMs. He has fucked up several orders plus made excuses blaming it on the logs and straight out ignoring some people he owes compensation to. Charging customers higher % than offered and ordering from stores KNOWING they'll be missing items. We have about 12 plugs on the server and have had grub/doordash plugs in the past and have never gotten so many issues within 3 days. I expect him to refund the people he owes money to which I can/will provide to him as he's no longer apart of the discord. He also still owes vlad and I our cut with the initial % agreed on. Lets not mention how he had other people doing his job for him off our discord, really scummy guy all around and not someone I recommend to anyone.

Hello,

I have been asked to provide supplemental information regarding this report. I am a Doordash B4U supplier, and I've been doing most of my sales via Telegram. I opened my Discord service yesterday, and Raw was one of the first to join. 

I did around 12 orders for Raw yesterday, including orders from B4U empire where he was the middleman for. I was not aware that Raw was breaking policy by doing so, rather I treated it as business. His reasons for using my service was that he was "backed up" and that he was having issues with his logs: [Image: 5eisAm8.png]

He requested I partner with him, and that I'd receive a significant amount of orders a day from him:

Today he reached out to me upset that I had told the truth regarding our interactions:

I do not want to be involved in this report. Stephen is free to take this information as he wishes, and I have no opinion regarding Raw's actions.

Okay, first of all, how did I scam $70.00+? I have several vouches in your server from YOUR customers.

Also, I only did have someone do SOME of my orders because I was hella backed up.

I don't want to blame anything on him, but he charged me the full amount of the order, even when I told him the customers were missing their order. He even said this is why he did not accept convenient stores, yet still did the order. I was not aware that they did this, therefore I thought it was okay to order from convenient stores.

Also in this image above, he has "credits" in his name to help me remember I owe him. I made a mistake typing in 60% thinking of any server I do and charge for. That is why he has $27+ credits and I did another order for him that was below cart minimum.

You should look at the screenshots, you should also be refunding the Paypal payment you received from one customer because you never placed his order.

I also only contacted @InvisibleZeus last night and I even said in #Staff-Chat my logs were not working and I was backed up. You should see it in there unless you deleted the messages.

My name should not be mentioned in this report. My service has clear terms regarding missing items, etc. I am under no obligation to provide you a refund because your clients want a refund, when my terms state the process for order refunds. Run your own service with your own refund policy if you have an issue with that. 

Although this c.to account may be new, I have had multiple years in the business. I will not take drama lightly, and I will not supply you with any more business if my name is mentioned again.

You need to refund people accordingly, we hired you as staff as @Stephens said. We didn't hire you so you could have someone else do orders for you then have issues because someone else fucked up an order.

@InvisibleZeus you don't have any ToS? You never told me it or have a channel for it. I would understand if you told me your ToS. Even if you do now, I'm pretty sure I contacted you before that.

I also notified you I was working for B4U Empire, you told me that's why you don't do convenient stores. So why did you accept mine, I'm just curious if you knew all that.

@Vladwashere I'm talking about in staff chat, in the ticket, the guy told me the order was canceled and I was offline then. When I got on, I checked staff chat and !Ark told me "this guy is bullshitting" with an image of the guy saying his order was canceled. I then checked his @ and I could not @ him and he was banned/kicked? That's why I did not compensate people immediately, without your decision. I asked you way before I did more orders and you said "uhhhh".
